I was having issues with a clogged drain and a garbage disposal that was running rough. Turns out each issue was an easy fix. Both Nick and Donovan took the time to educate me about the issues and show me how I can remedy them in the future on my own. I really appreciated the kindness and willingness to teach from both Nick and Donovan.
MSP installed a whole-home air-source heat pump, central air handler, heat pump water heater, mini-split head, and ERV in my 1940s Minneapolis home a year or so ago. They've been great about coming back to fine-tune and are always super pleasant and knowledgeable. Very accessible appointments. Highly recommend.
Brian helped us with a cement-like blockage in one of our drains. A plumber from a different company was unable to clear the drain but Brian quickly assessed the problem and knew exactly how to fix it. He was extremely sincere, very determined and completed the work in roughly 1/2 of the time that he estimated. Outstanding experience!
Nick and overall experience with MSP was great. They were in and out in a day repairing a pipe break that required breaking up and re-patching a cement floor. Nick does a great job of explaining work through stages, ensuring thorough repair work and customer satisfaction. Joshua of MSP did a great job with complete installation of heat pump and furnace in just 7.5 hours. He and the crew cleaned up thoroughly and guided us on the app to be able to control temperature remotely. Will gladly recommend MSP to others.
Plumbing under sink needed to be replaced because the glued joints were leaking. Tom Miller did great work! We also had to have the drain line that runs underneath the basement slab cleaned and Donovan did an excellent job also despite having problems with some of the equipment. Overall I would use them again without hesitation.
Dave did a great job of explaining everything well in regarding to switching from a gas furnace to a heat pump heating/cooling system and a heat pump hot water heater. He was patient with all of my questions. He responded quickly and gave me a reasonable bid. He was nice to work with and made me comfortable with the process.
Punctual, patient, friendly and respectful. We needed a new water heater, ours was shot. They got everything done in great time and cleaned up better than it was when they got here. Nick was a pleasure to work with, would recommend!

We have been working with MSP for a little over 6 years now. Every technician we have worked with has been professional, punctual, friendly, and explains things to us in a manner we understand. We have had them install a new furnace, AC and water softener, and sump pump, and have been very satisfied with their work. Blake was just out to take a look at the main plumbing to our house, and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Mike just installed a new air purifying system and cleaned our furnace blower...he was very professional as well and knowledgeable.
MSP did such a great job in my A/C install I chose them to replace my heating boiler. Once again I got exceptional service from both Dave Johnson, the estimator and Jefferson Hanson, the installer. Jefferson was efficient, extremely knowledgeable and respectful of the workspace. I cannot recommend MSP enough.

I had my annual water heater tune up done today. Bo did a very through service. He found a small part that needed to be replaced. I am always impressed with the service I receive from MSP.
MSP was amazing to work with and very responsive to our sewer and water issue. Brian W was awesome to work with. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. He explained the situation and offered us options. He went over and above to get our drain unclog. He had to stay late to do this. It wasnt a cheap fix but we understood this and the pricing was very fair.
Great communication, speedy response time, clear diagnosis and no shady behavior or secrets or high-pressure sales tactics. Phew! Everyone from diagnostic to project manager to install team to electrician was awesome. We went from no heat to heat within 6 hours of calling to request service. Pricing was in line with expectations and they even had a spring deal going which saved us additional money.

We were experiencing poor air flow on the air conditioning side of our HVAC system, throughout the house. .Jimmy was able to adjust the setting on the furnace motor. The air flow improved immediately. He also recommended we set the thermostat to “fan on” vs “auto” all the time. Jimmy was very friendly, knowledgeable and fast!
Great service from Mike who did a boiler health check inspection. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional and I appreciated his system care recommendations. He also explained some of the inner workings of the system while it was opened up which was very helpful.
Bo did a plumbing check at my home today. He was very professional, answered questions, drained water heater, and cleaned debris from the faucet aerators. Left estimates for replacing lower toilets with higher ADA approved toilets, and replacing the plastic water turnoffs with regular turn handles to shut off the water. Very helpful.

I had a terrible experience with a prior HVAC company so when he arrived I was skeptical of what I’d be getting, however he walked me through every step, every option that was available so that I could make a well educated decision.
